Day 27: Start Where You Are. Use What You Have. Do What You Can.

It’s easy to forget the people we admire most started off with nothing, just like us.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of believing they had some big break, some unknown advantage we don’t.

Arthur Ashe didn’t win the US Open, Wimbledon and the Australian Open by chance. He won those famed tournaments by working hard each day to improve every aspect of his game.

Like you and me, Arthur Ashe started out knowing absolutely nothing.

He started where he was. He did what was put in front of him to do each day. He worked hard to achieve his dream.

And he succeeded.

The path to greatness is no different for you and me.

  1. Make a decision
  2. Follow your decision with action
  3. Repeat

Simple (not easy).
