I began the 2-Minute Freedom Challenge because of all the hatred, division, isolation, and heartache that filled our world – heartache intentionally inflicted upon us by power-hungry politicians and bureaucrats who didn’t care who they hurt, so long as they imposed their agenda on the rest of us.
My antidote to their fear, their shame, their division and isolation is gratitude, love, joy, compassion and courage – because it takes courage to stand up to institutionalized bullying.
It takes courage to embrace compassion when everyone around you sows hatred. It’s also the most empowering act you can take – because this expression of true humanity cannot be broken by edicts and demands.
Share in the comments what selfless act you did for someone today.
