When we stop making excuses, we can literally accomplish anything we set our minds to. Anything.
Too often, however, the only person stopping us… is us.
When I find myself making excuses for failure instead of figuring out what went wrong and correcting course, I know I’m in trouble.
Excuses are the nails that build a house of failure.
Accepting responsibility for our decisions and the actions we take as a result of those decisions, those are the nails that build a house of success.
If you’re making excuses today, stop and ask why. What are you afraid of?
Write it down.
Then examine your thought patterns and change them.
Make a different decision, a better decision, and follow that better decision with immediate, effective action that will take you where you want to go.
You got this. I know you do.
