Day 17: Striving For Success Without Hard Work Is Like Trying To Harvest Where You Haven’t Planted.

The #1 ranked player in any sport and the best player on any team has one thing in common: they’re the hardest-working player in the sport or person on their team.

If you want to make a change in your life, especially in your physical health, the way to get there is not by sitting on the couch watching television.

The only way to get from where I am today to where I want to be tomorrow is by doing the hard work put in front of me to do.

Dreaming about it won’t get the job done.

Neither will complaining, especially on the days I don’t feel like it.

If that describes you today, grab onto your willingness, grab onto your courage and do the thing you know you must do.

Simple, not easy, right?
